I am waiting on an order I placed and paid for MONTHS ago! Am I ever going to get a response?

Call your credit card company to get a refund and NEVER order from Spa Boutique again. You will not be getting your order! If you need any products, it is better to get them in person from another Spa company.
Lesson learned. We all have been had.

Hi, I'm not sure when they actually stopped taking orders. The website was closed very close to the day I posted my comments.

SpaBoutique went out of business at the end of April 2015. They sent an email to their mailing list that said: "For any customers with outstanding orders; please contact your payment provider and request that a chargeback be issued in order to recoup your funds." So, if you are still waiting, you will need to follow up with your credit card company.

I would recommend that you call your credit card company and file a dispute for this transaction. There is no point in waiting for a response. Ensure that you have copies of your correspondence, or your lack of, with the company as the bank may ask you for this proof.

I ordered products worth 200.00 and never received them. I got my money back through my credit card company. I will never order from them again.

Hi, I did place an order and after many e-mails to the Spa Boutique, I asked the Better Business Bureau to intervene. They helped me and I did receive my item. I will not be ordering from this company again. As well, I found that they immediately take your money from the credit card. In my view, that should happen once the item is shipped. Hi all, it was only after I posted this a year ago on jabber I got a response from the company. They did return my $200.00 but told me not to write anything negative as it was hurting their business. Obviously they haven't changed the way they operate.

No, you will never receive your order, I am sorry to say. There are so many of us who ordered in good faith and paid for products never received. They were still accepting orders even after they knew they wouldn't fill them. They are crooks. Sorry: (. You are one if many ripped off by these people.

Not unless you threaten them with reporting them to the BBB or legal actions. Try to get your money back from your credit card company or PayPal and forget this company. I can't believe they are still allowed to do business.

All I can say is... I emailed, called them and i got fed up with the same response. I contacted PayPal and got a refund within 24 hours! I also got an email back from Spa Boutique apologizing. I do believe I would have not received my order any time soon!
