Of course, you may follow the instructions online for a free return or call customer service at 02033182709 and we are happy to help! You can get a full refund, or a credit note to choose something else from the site.

However, please note that if your trainers were purchased from one of our Marketplace vendors (those marked "Partner product" on our site) then you will have to check with that particular vendor. Otherwise, Spartoo always has free returns!
