I can't find a way to access my account to change my password on the site. Help?

How do i change my password?
I'm currently trying to cancel my membership as I currently cannot afford it (and recently, have not been visiting the site either), however I am having trouble trying to do this. I cannot locate a place on the website where I can easily cancel my membership and I have emailed the support email address twice about this and have not gotten a response. If I get billed again. Can anyone offer some advice/help as to how I can cancel this? Thank you
