I ordered Dec 5th, received all but 3 items and can't seem to get anyone to help me finger out where those items are or if they have been sent. Talked to customer service three times, 2nd promise to call back and 3 emails. Still no solution and Christmas is 3 days away for which I need those items. or else i need my money returned to my card.
