Agree with the commnet above. Do NOT buy from them. Sizes run small and if you want to return your merchandise, you will never hear from them. I am in the middle of a fight with them getting my refund for weeks and have tracking proving that they got my returns. Go somewhere else!

They produce some good dresses; some have defects. Terrible customer service. No phone. Won't tell where to return clothing. Won't pay. No action on exchanges. Losing so much repeat business they will be out of business. PATHETIC "Customer Service." They don't help people; they put them off!

Don't. Other shops are more worthy of your money. You're just gonna end up wasting more money on returns as you have to pay for the shipping to CHINA and will end up not getting your refund as they won't pay for the duty and tax imposed at them hence your parcel won't be released and won't reach them.

Don't do it. They will offer you 15% of your money back instead of returning the item. Then they will tell you that you have to pay to ship it back to China and pay custom fees.

Understand why they ship slow cause they ship from CHINA. Understand why the quality of products are bad cause they are made in CHINA. Understand why there are no customer service cause they are in CHINA.

If you need to return something, you are welcome to submit the return/exchange request in your account within 30 days from the date you received your package.

Pls make sure the items are unworn and in the original packaging.

We do have an American return address in NY, you are suggested to use USPS for return as it is cheaper. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Pls submit the return/exchange request for a return address and return instruction before you do a return. Once you ship out the returning package, you can email us your return proof and we can arrange a advanced refund or replacement order for you.
