There are many unfavorable reviews about outdated listings on your site. How can I be assured the listings are current and reliable?

Hi Sylvia, we share your concern with listings being posted by landlords that go on to find rentals and never archive their listing. That is why we continuously contact landlords to inquire about the status of their rental. We ask landlords to archive their rental when it is no longer available, and if we know for certain it is no longer available, can archive it for them. Our process has been fine-tuned over the years to put in front of you rentals that are actively on the market. If you should ever run into this problem, contact us through our support mail or phone number and we will inquire further on your behalf. New listings are posted every day, and most landlords can be accessed by email or by phone. The single purpose of our site is to facilitate the rental process, making it faster and more convenient for tenants and landlords alike. We hope you will consider our website for your rental needs.
