SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I ALSO ORDERED A T-SHIRT FOR MY DAUGHTER FROM THIS WEBSITE ON JULY 19TH. OVER A MONTH LATER I E-MAILED THEM BACK TO LET THEM KNOW I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE SHIRT. THEY APOLOGIZED AND SAID THEY WOULD SEND ANOTHER ONE OUT. BUT GUESS WHAT, STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET! I WISH I WOULD HAVE RESEARCHED THIS SITE A LITTLE BETTER. AT LEAST I WOULD HAVE SEEN ALL THE NEGATIVE FEED BACK AND WOULD HAVE ORDERED ELSEWHERE! NOW I'M OUT THE MONEY!

While i cant say if it's a scam or not i don't trust it just on appearance and there is nothing swag about this site at all, waste of a domain name.

Having all of the same issues as stated above. Credit card charged, no calls, no tshirt. How do we go about shutting them down. Any ideas?
