Wondering if the unisex sweatshirts run small

Answer:

Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.

How long does the shipping take and what is the return policy? what is the company's contact info?

Answer:

I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded

Is teefury still a viable company? no shirts, no communication, yet they continue to send email advertisements

Answer:

I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.

It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.

Have you tried posting on their facebook page about this? That seems to be getting ticket items pushed a little higher up in the queue. Especially if you mention how long ago you made your ticket
