My experience with this company is when I bought my version of Windows, I had to call them back or email them to confirm my purchase so they could send me my product code, I ordered kind of late that day so they sent my product code the next day. Also, Make sure the version of Windows you are ordering is compatible with your computer system because they usually don't give you a cash refund, you may get a store credit if any thing at all.
