If this problem occurs message Tellwut immediately. Provide the survey number, and as much information about the survey that this problem occurred with. They normally will make it right, and have given me my points. This is why I usually only do Tellwut internal community short surveys. I never have this kinda problem when that's all I stick with doing on their survey site.
