Greater good donates to a variety of causes, not just animals, but the idea of shopping the "animal rescue site" -- I say that in quotes because it's really greater good -- you are specifying that you want the proceeds of your purchase to go to animal causes. You can find more of this information on their website in the "about us" section of their website. If you want to support all of their causes you can shop greater good proper.
