I just ordered the "Swiftpoint" mouse. NOW, as I am reading the reviews on "Grommets" customer service, I am concerned about my purchase. Please, don't stick me with a $149 defective computer mouse . Jeanrbailey@yahoo.com
After reading the reviews, I am starting to think they are giving me the run around and I am never going to receive my products I ordered. A customer service person replied to my request quickly but it was a generic response ( basically blaming the maker of the products). The timeline is still off and at this point I doubt I will receive them by Christmas or at all. I replied to them with another question and have yet to hear back. I know for a fact FED Ex hasn't received my package to even begin shipping it to me. I am so bummed.
Yeah i thought your site was pretty cool but I have yet to see a positive thing that anyone has said about your site? Why is that?
