How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at The Mountain?

Very easy. Helpful and took care of everything quicly.

Very difficult. I called about reviving a mug that was received broken and requested a replacement. They never called me back and 6 weeks later I got a random brown tee shirt in the mail. I called to figure out what that was all about and after waiting in hold for 45 minutes I left a message. They still haven't called me back, granted it's only been a day, but still.

Pretty difficult. They ignored me for 3 days, then when I requested a refund decided to ignore that request and "check with the warehouse about my delivery." They seem to like doing what they want to do, with no regard for the customer.
