I PLACED MY ORDER ON DECEMBER THE 7TH, NOTHING HAS ARRIVED YET. I WROTE TO THREADLES 3 TIMES FOR INFO WHERE MY PARCEL IS, AND NO ANSWER AT ALL.

I CALLED DHL AND THEY TOLD ME THE PARCEL IS STUCK IN US.

Having the same issue but it's been past 5 days and the super unprofessional support emails can basically say they don't care.
