I Called thrive market yesterday since my free trial was up. Lady told me she'll cancel it and I'll get a confirmation email. I didn't get any (checked spam folder too) and today I was charged for the yearly membership. What can I do now? I

Do NOT wait for Thrive to cancel. If you do, you'll just find your account charged again next year. Call your CC and change your account!

Also you should always stay on the phone with the rep until you actually receive the confirmation email. That goes for all interactions like this one with any business..
