Regarding Santiago claims - these are false accusation. We provide tickets to all of our paid customers, regardless the price the customer had paid. In the extremely rare situations that we had a problem in supplying the tickets for each reason (less than 1% of our customers), we issue an immediate refund. By filling the order online you will find an area to enter your delivery address (like hotel, for example) that is exactly for this purpose. The tickets will be sent by express delivery services such as UPS. Have not booked a hotel yet? In that case, you can order the tickets and guarantee your seats and inform us later by e mail to: delivery@ticketgum.com, or by filling up the contact us form. If you plan to update the address later, you simply need to click on the “I will inform the delivery address when I will know it” on the billing information on the online order form. Try claiming through your credit card company. If that doesn't work try the small claims court in the Isle of Man. https://www.courts.im court-procedures claims small-claims-procedure Ticketgum are scammers and committing offenses under the consumer protection act 1970. As attached their home page website states: "Satisfaction Guarantee" - "100% Money back Guarantee" Yet if you check their terms and conditions small print - they offer "No refund, exchange or cancellation - once you confirm your order - ie hit pay" This is false advertising and illegal under the laws of the country they operate in and are registered in.
