Sorry, you've been had... any and every positive review for this company is written by someone paid to write it.
It took MONTHS to get a return authorization for a dress that was late arriving, misshapen, stained, and (literally) falling apart at the seams. I sent pictures and videos adn whaen somone finally did get back to me they said it would cost too much to ship, they'd let me keep the dress for only $100 and give me $50 credit towards their website. WHAT? SO, I had Chase take care of it for me. I finally got an RA, and eventually a full refund (I had to pay for return shipping to CHINA), but I wouldn't have without the help of my credit card company.

They're in China. The people there speak VERY broken computer generated English. The dress I ordered was not custom made, but it still took a long time to get to me. Hopefully, yours will fit, they don't take returns. My granddaughter ordered a custom fit dress and needed to have it altered after she received it. These people are crooks!

Hmm I ordered some lingerie in January for Valentines and didn't get it until end of March and the quality was horrible to put it nicely only 1 looked like the pics. I hope it doesn't happen to you but I am never ordering from these crooks again

Im so sorry to tell you but this site is a SCAM my coat never arrived :( I hadn't heard anything for 2 months so i contacted them and they told me it just been shipped, but would take another 10 -14 working days to get to the uk :( Then 2 days later, i received a messaged saying that the item had been sent to the uk and then sent back to china in just 2 days. Which i found interesting as it had just been shipped the day before according to their customer service department and they said it would take a least 10 days to get to the uk, However somehow it had managed to get to the uk and then back to china in just 2 days. They said i had to pay another 20 pound to get the item re delivered. Honestly i dont even think they made my coat or even had it in stock, i think they were just trying to make money off me through extra shipping costs and charging me for an item i would never receive. I think this is how they make there money through scamming people. I fought back and got a refund but it was not easy, however luckily i have paid via paypal otherwise i think i would have lost all my money. Please do not buy from this site as you will not receive your item and if you do it will take ages and be really really bad quality, probably in the wrong size too

Yes I ordered I cute little dress last March. For a tiny little wedding. Took almost 6 months to get the dressso we postpone the wedding till this year and it just they sent was so big it kept dropping off for methey would not give me an exchangethey told me I could keep the dress and they would send another out for a friend. By then it was way too lateI fought another four months with gun over moneythey told me I could keep the dress give me 20 dollars backnothing compared to the 65 I spentI just got so fed up did I take the $25 and never bought a thing from them again. And none of us have none of any of my girlfriends have either or my family members so they lost about 30 people or morethey are the biggest rip off scam I have ever seenyou wouldn't get away with that in Canada. Now I am very careful who I buy off ofI really hope you get your dress in time and that it fits
