Good day, i order an item from you and apparently it was suppose to arrive between 10 and 28 days... its been 34 days and its still stuck in guangzhou. this is a gift for my fiance and its already past his birthday i am so embarrassed that it still has not arrived. its my first time ordering online. i am afraid i'll never receive it. what should i do?

How long is the shipping? i ordered my items on oct 13th and have not received any on oct 31.

If you need in urgent, you neeed to know the follwing: For the shipping, expedited shipping is 2-5 days, standard shipping is 4-8 days and the super saving would be around 25 days. You can see the processing time for the products you need on the products page. Total tome would be processing time plus the shipping time. How long does shipping take?

Answer:

Mine took 2 months I only received 1 garment which was poorly made and did not fit, I attempted to return the item and the post office refused the package as no such address it was returned to me. I conversed with these people trying to resolve the issue, finally I reversed the charges on my credit card. The package sits to this day waiting for them to send a legitimate return label, if they want it back. I received no further e-mails from them after I reversed the charges, I will wait a year and a day and then donate the useless poorly made garment to Goodwill.

How long does it take to get my order shipped. its been more than a week i placed an order but the order is still being prepared.

Answer:

Good Luck my order placed at the end of Nov 2014. L item arrived in Jan 15. I refused the package that arrived in February. Shoddy workmanship, poor quality, bad sizing.

I made a purchase... received an email that it was shipped on march 6th, 2015. its march 18th still have not seen a package and the tracking information says it hasn't even left the warehouse. i emailed and the reply was "the tracking infirmation is attached as below, please wait patienly for a few days, hope you will receive it soon and like it: 2015-03-08 19:37 " i really like their clothing line... i am very skeptical at this moment.

Its been 8 days now and neither i have received my ordered item nor any status update on the website. since 22-06-2016 it shows the status as: "the order has been confirmed, and submitted to our factory to prepare the item for you." i tried calling but could not reach anyone and it goes on voice mail. i have sent email but no reply. can someone please tell me when i am going to get my orders delivered or is tidestore.com a faudulent site?
