When i got the tracking details says the package weighs 6.4lbs. No sunglasses weigh that, purchased the last pair in stock. Will i recieve it

Hi, I would like to know what TJMax is not using the TJMax card for returns, just like Target does? What a great idea Target has.
Why won't TJMAXX process my order, which is 3 cents less than my gift card balance? I received this "gift" card in lieu of a refund for using Paypal.
