Personally, the entire site is a scam - you can deposit into topbet.eu, but you can never withdrawal, as they then inform you that you have a 40 factor rollover to bet through... this is what i just got today after completing all the paperwork for a measly $442 withdrawal from my account:

It is hard to get them on the phone but they do answer emails. However they provide no help in getting paid.
