Received fake kit (was not aware they were non-official), extra badges that we requested and paid for were not affixed to kit. Quality of kit was disgusting. Paid extra for our surname (four digits) to be added and they managed to make them into an anagram. She photos of misspelt shirt to company via email. They insisted on the kit being returned as per their instruction on website to receive refund. Paid for postage back to them. Deny every receiving the kit. Can not prove that they have received and they have surprisingly never issued the refund. They are complete sharks, All reviewed on their website are probably penned by themselves. Unable to leave genuine reviews on their site. There should be someway that authorities are able to pursue this or at least take the domain down, to stop them from trading... big and expensive lesson learnt for us.

Very disappointing

I ordered a kit end of march- still not here. At first they were responding to my emails, even said I could have a refund without having to argue it. It was only when my refund hadn't arrived they began sending arrogant, rude, unprofessional replies. Being sarcastic about the fact it was only £27.49 I was owed, made comments about how desperate I must be and need to feed my family. Told me I was wasting police time and REPEATEDLY asked if I'd contacted my bank after I'd already told them countless times I had and thst there was no refund. They sent me an attachment to "prove" it'd been issued but if they thought I'd open an attachment from them they'd be very much mistaken! Absolute fraudsters. The most unprofessional "business" I've ever come across. They found it hilariously funny that I'm in contact with the police, trading standards and action fraud, laughed about how scared they are about the police banging down their doors on the other side of the world. I would never order from them again and spread the word to everyone! The kit was a present for our son, 2.5 months later still no kit and no refund. Blessing in disguise maybe as all I've found online from people that had received is how shoddy the kits are anyway. Only good reviews are written by themselves. Avoid.

They are a bunch of rude ignorant conmen. The kits are fake. My kids lasted 2 washes before logos n sponsor started to peel off. You should wait the full 28 working days then harrass them and ignore the arrogance.
Be aware most positive reviews are self penned by the company. As i had a bad experience i was unable to leave negative feedback.

I had a similar issue in December, but they did reply to my email - even it was abrupt and rude. We you aware before you bought that all their kits are fake? I wasn't! It was only when the item eventually arrived air mail from Bangkok. They tell you in the very small print! Good look with getting your money back, as they are very arrogant when you do manage to engage with them.
