I have unsubscribed my vip subscription. will my money will be refunded?

Answer:

Refund rules (http://tourbar.com/rules): The Company can refund you money only for the periods of your subscription, during which you did not use paid features. If during the subscription periods you use paid features on the the Company's website, the fee for such periods will not be returned.
