I personally have had a very bad experience with travel zoo. I received a good deal, but found out after booking, and checking in, that bc hydro was cutting power at 9am to hotel. I complained to hotel, and travelzoo. Wanting full refund, because you can't stay in a hotel with no power. Travel zoo ignored me for almost two weeks, and did nothing to help.
Also make sure you know the price of parking. Got deal on hotel, but over $40 to park. Not such a good deal. I will never do any business with travel zoo again.
