Be sure to get it in writing from Travelzoo regarding refunds if there is no availability. My understanding is that sometimes there is no refund. I know I had to fight for my refund. I would not book through them again.

It is safe enough to buy tickets from them but make sure you read the fine print. It's fine as long as you don't have a problem so make sure you're fully aware of what you're buying. Once they have sold the item to you the "buck stops there". They take no responsibility for any problems you have with the provider.

Probably safe unless you think you may want to cancel them. Then make sure you read any cancellation policies they have.
