Can I get a Refund?
I ordered 3100 lb pressure washer and now can't find out anything about it like when will I get this washer . It shows on the bill that I paid for it

I was told on 3 occasions beginning in December 2015 that my unsold items will be returned and paid the return shipping cost... as of today I have not received my items! Isn't that stealing? What options do I have... can they be reported for consumer fraud or some other unlawful activity? Help?
Sorry but reviews for your service are way below good! Nothing over 2 stars! What's the problem? I was considering joining but after reading these reviews I have second thoughts to say the least!
