To be as free you can't get any cheaper than that. There's also crackle, pluto, free v which used to be IMDb, and neuter numerous other free sites with commercials they're all pretty good. Slang also has free TV now, it does Redbox it's just so many out there with free TV now you can literally get hundreds of stations

There is Netflix, Pluto tv, as well as several others. As far as the pricing goes, I'm not sure cuz I've never compared honestly.

Tubitv is a free steaming service. Others to condsider are maybe Vudu which offers many free TV shows and movies and also they have movies to buy as well. If you live stream on your TV, The Roku channel has quickly become a favorite.
