How do you even join TV. Duck it says to put in the email address and password and then says it did not go through because it's been used before. There are no directions.

I was about to sign up and it said to put in my credit card .I thought it was free? How long is trial period? What is the cost after trial?
I have by credit card info to TV duck and they are telling me my password is wrong so I don't know how to cancel. Please help!
How do I actually get the tv shows to download? Every time I try it says to sign up for a free trial, so I did, and it still didn't work!
