I wish I would have read this BEFORE I placed my order. I just placed a DEMAND email to this site inquiring about my order. I told them I will be filing a report also. What I write depends totally on them. I ordered the Complete Black Sheep Squadron Series. I've read from others that this was a quality video but we'll see if (when) I receive it. I'll write a follow up after I receive and watch them. I believe in making a fair and accurate report so for now I'll just say "we'll see what happens".

I bet they only promise you a payment to appease you and then just never give it to you. At least now when you google Tvdvdwarehouse the first thing you see is your reviews.

Now, the associate has also promised to get right back to me with a complete refund that is supposed to appear on my next credit card statement, which has still not taken place. Also, the associate is continually making ALL SORT OF EXCUSES for the tvdvdwarehouse as to why it is taking so damn long to get the refund that is not even true--- So far, the best excuse the associate is making is that the refund is already in the mail, which is a complete fabrication because the associate has continually told me the refund is going to made to the credit card.
