How do I return items no paperwork included with items one item still not received. Urgent action please I want a refund Asap

I didn't get an order number but I had paid through PayPal so tried to get a returns address through PayPal. Had no luck & PayPal went in their favour when I opened a dispute so I lost about £38 on what I can only describe as utter crap! Twinkle deals is a scam & this is the only time I have ever had a problem with PayPal. As another person mentioned, lesson learnt, I will always look at reviews before using a new company!

It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency.

And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it.

In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

You can try and post a negative review... That's what I did and it was them who contacted me!

I would write it of as a loss and lesson learned. I now look up any new company I use. The company are an absolute disgrace and really should be removed as they are false advertising and ripping people of with no recourse. Not a great answer I know.

Dear Rona,

You must ask Twinkledeals for the refund... they will do so upon request. They always refund. As for the other item, ask whether it's still available or not. No worry, they will answer as they always do.

Personnally speaking, i have always returned an item wrapped with paper?!? Thus, i do not understand what you are meaning.

I kept badgering them on line on their website and email. After I posted a negative review they promised a partial refund which I refused. I opened a dispute with PayPal who eventually paid me back in full but didn't charge twinkle deals, they covered the cost themselves. This company flouts UK law. It's infuriating to be sent substandard clothes with little comeback.

Sounds familiar. I only received half the goods, chased, waited for 6 weeks for further delivery and got nothing. Went to PayPal who, despite me phoning them to explain that, due to delay, some items could not be returned as had been worn, and the other items haven't arrived, no returns paperwork, etc ruled in their favour.

I posted negative reviews and bombarded with Twitter, FB, etc. They refunded minus 'discount' I apparently had been given (clothes are on permanent discount). PayPal, in my opinion, is allowing this company to get away with theft and should be ashamed of themselves.

I had to approach Paypal, I spent $35 and paid £14.50 to return items that was after they offered $15 refund and keep the rubbish they sent. By the time I returned them it was a matter of principle as I had been wrangling with Hasan since November. Paypal did agree in in my favor, I raised a dispute on Jan 1st which was settled by 12th. The authorities do need to do something about Hasan and the likes of him as the goods I received looked nothing like the ones advertised and as for the quality, Hmph!

Keep putting up negative reviews and dont give up on fighting for a refund even if it is only partial after shipping costs.

They sent me an email after posting my negative review asking me to review my review and rating. Firstly let me tell I received a full refund.
They have offered me a little gift if I redo my review.
I was prepared to lose my refund as felt that when something looks to good to be true it usually is. Had I read these reviews before I ordered wouldn't have gone there. Scam merchants one of the worst, sorry have no advise on how to get money back. Don't think I will get my little gift.

Ask for a full refund. They offered me a credit to spend on more of ther goods but dug my heels in. Got my refund in full

I had an item not received and they gave me options to get $ back to my account, a refund or buy another item.

You're right, there is no paperwork or forms to fill out for a refund. But i emailed them, requesting a full refund, and asking where i should send it to. They got back to me pretty quickly and gave me 2 options: i can either send my items back to the return address for a full refund or i can keep the items and receive a 33% refund, at their cost. I choose the second option because of I'd ship it back to China, I'd end up losing more than if I'd opt for the 33% refund.

I must say, they were very polite in the email, but... they also did ask me not to mention this second option they gave me AND asked me to remove my negative review. Well, i did get my money back, but I'm not going to remove my original post because ordering from twinkledeals.com is WAY more trouble than its worth. Especially if you do decide to return items for a full refund, you'll still end up losing money because shipping it back to China is expensive

I'm sorry to say but the, return policy and, after sale service is none existant I have, tried and, tried and eventually have given up. I think that is what they want you to do. After l posted my issues l received a reply from twinkle deals on the site jabber website saying how sorry they were and to send details, which l did still no response so l am stuck with things l can't wear as they were wrong size and marked. STAY AWAY FROM TWINKLEDEALS. I hope you get a better result but don't hold your breath.

I doubt if you'll get any response from the sellers. I brought hero paypal so lucky as they git me refund. You'll have to try contacting them on there contact page on website I have reported to Facebook but others need to do the same
