I have never subscribed to Twoo but it is sending messages, allegedly from me, to my email contacts. What is going on?

They collected your data by some fraudulent methods. Try to complain to their customer service, but in my experience, their customer service is worthless. There are so many fraudulent dating sites now, they are really turning this industry to a mess. I found pretty much just one site that is quite honest:

I've been using it for half a year and I have had 7 dates with beautiful women. Now I chose the one who makes me feel giddy inside :)

Twoo is linked to other sites, like Netlog, and Meetic. Twoo have a fairly good customer service department and they do actually read complaints and respond to them... and after some exchanges of emails, usually resolve the problem. They have collected your contact details via some app or other site. This happened to me. I asked them to delete the contacts that they collected, and they did.

Hi Barbara,

This sounds similar to what I used to get from Linked In when I tried to permanently delete my account with them. If you're in any way connected to Facebook or Yahoo or any dating sites, it's likely your personal details have been somehow connected to TWOO which is connected to these two and plenty of other browsers and phishing organizations. They're trying to get you to register with their dating site by sending you emails to throw you off guard. If you cannot remember which sites you registered with, they depend on your not being sure. Send a complaint TWOO and ask them to stop sending these emails that you didn't authorise or you'll take legal action.

Twoo taught me how to spam and scam people, so I give it 5 stars.

Dont entertain & make a formal complain to Twoo so they are aware of all these scams.
