Has anyone else had problems with sending tickets for asking urljet to do forum upgrades, by collecting the files? We find we have to send the same info again and again before it is done. It must be right because after 4 or 5 times of sending the same log in details it gets done. It is trying my patience Once they decide they do have the correct details, it all goes very quickly, I must admit. Also, they have lost our logo on 2 separate occasions whit upgrading. I'm sure all these wonderful 5 star reviews can't be wrong, but I wouldn't give them 5 stars at the moment!
