Their WHOLE SYSTEM will delay you with BOGUS REPETITIVE PROMPTS calling their SOLE number 888-741-1115. It is programmed this way along with their "NEVER ANSWER" (on hold) fiasco. Seek an ATTORNEY
Or file a LAWSUIT in your COUNTY COURTHOUSE!
