I tried us racing for the first time. had luck and won. however, now i'm under investigation and not told why. asked questions as why dover downs and not other tracks, why the particular horse etc. etc. the whole ordeal has been stressful. happy one day then a couple days later stressed because they won't pay up. do they do investigations on everyone that wins?????
