Why are you guy's so pricey and the reviews are not good. I think you guy's should make good on your promise with the customer ik my credit is bad

I just received a catalog from you guy's my question is do you get the merchandise before or after you pay it off
Do they do a hard pull on your credit every single time you order. after the first order,
well...received a catalog.....an my credit is so so...so dont know if it's worth the gamble. WE just got married and could use some new bathroom stuf
