I sent my phone in and when they received it I was told I'd receive payment within 5 working days. On the 5th working day I received ful payment that they told mee.

I got through to them and threatened them with legal action, as they reduced my price, after saying phone was badly scratched front and rear, which it wasn't, and informed them that I had taken photos of the phone before I sent it! Be strong, they are rogues
