Well, you have unfortunately fell into their trap the way I did. I am still trying to return the wrong style wig they sent me. The colour, well it's shocking. They will tell you it's your fault. Threaten to go on radio and TV to tell your story... but if you can, I would really do it. I am, I will tell every radio station and TV to stop these liars! They say they are in the UK when they are in China. I am even writing to the Chinese embassy to lodge my complaint. Anything at all. Why should they keep my £106 minus £10 they say they will give back? Try anything you can... don't give up. They may be preying on cancer patients who are trying to get "better-looking" wigs. Let's stop these thieves!

You can't and they won't give a refund either. They use a uk domain email address and that shows their duplicity.
