Question:

Inmate wrote to be removed and it's been over a.month. but still on. can understand why it takes so long

Answer:

Due to mail delivery, it can take 6-8 weeks to remove a page. We need to receive the request, send a signature form to the inmate, and wait for its return. All profiles are removed the same week we receive the signed form, and if a client has access, we do ask they send the request via Certified Mail to expedite the process. Please refer to the details of these policies here: https://writeaprisoner.com/i-have-power-attorney-inmate-how-can-i-have-inmates-profile-removed-your-website-because-heshe-no Thank you.
