on 6/6/16It's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them! I've spent as much as 4 hours trying to work out a problem & even then I had to spend another TWO hours a week later regarding the same problem (discontinuing service). I about forgot... I called to discontinue on May 4th 2023 & finally got things worked out today, July 1st 2023. At least I hope it's worked out!

Either call or go to Xfinity.com, click on little chat, bottom right, it's easier than trying to talk to them on the phone, or go to the Xfinity store with equipment.
When you call xfinity one of the selections is to discontinue service I believe. You can also ask for retention department. They may be able to help you there.
