Ordered fitness equipment from xfitnessequipmentonline.com 7-18-13 using google wallet/visa. Google Wallet said the unit has shipped, but I have not been able to get a tracking # or shipping company name. The online merchant will not answer my numerous phone calls or reply to e-mails. Is this site a scam? How do I get a stop pay/chargeback from VISA?
