Yes indeed this is a fake site and a scam operation. Hopefully enough people will report this and get them shut down somehow. They watch very closely and remove any kind of words they do not like. Beware!

One more review I just did for anyone interested. If you are on a site like this looking for a good time, try actually going to a real resort and meeting some sexy people rather than doing it online. Here is a review for the more adventurous traveler

http://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.hedonismresorts.com

A word of caution, these types of resorts are what you make of it. Do not go expecting a non-stop orgy of fun and be careful of what you wish for as you may get it!

Your Welcome Kevin, I'm so glad You followed My suggestion. Remember, " Do Report, Don't just complain " and Yes, there are Schills posting on this site so be cautious. If You get excessive spam from Adult sites? Forward the emails to:
SPAM@uce.gov

It's a branch of the FTC.gov. These ARE the sites to report internet Fraud, after contacting Your banking institution.

Btw, they never suggest that there's a money-back guarantee. Just that you'll get an extra 3 months of their (useless) service for no additional charge.

The good old fine print hey, who the hell reads it, certainly not me (as I gently slap my face).
Well well that just goes to show that what we have been saying all along hasnt just been a figment of our imagination guys. I wonder if Andrea read the fine print, ah, it wouldnt have mattered anyway as she didnt have to pay anything because she just happened to be born the right sex lol
Mmmm I just had an idea, I may have to consider getting a sex change lol :)

Hey guys, made a post couple of weeks ago threatening to take them to trading standards etc... i have recieved a refund! Do the same and sure if you word it strongly enough then you will get the same.
100% guilty of fraud judging by their reaction, especially when my initial e mails were ignored. I took me to get heavy to get any kind of resolution!
Good luck!

If you look at AFF there are about 300,000 men looking for women and 30,000 women looking for men in georgia. So, since Andrea was actually meeting people I would say that for women they will probably run into real guys, which the site has no REASON to have imposters. Then, for men I would have to say that 90% of the women that contact you are imposters. Anyways, that's my 2 cents.

Hey, my girlfriend said they did give us a refund. I had emailed them demanding a full refund, told them to save the BS policies and what not, and then gave them some examples of our evidence against them. The final straw was when we re did our profile and mentioned looking for REAL people, and they rejected it. But all might be well now, I just don't understand how this site is allowed to operate. It really is making us think twice about any of those sites. Is there an unbiased way to find out about other sites?

The best way to get even is through credit card companies. If they get enough charge backs the credit card companies will drop them and they wont have a way to rip you off

Is there any chance of getting your money back from them? The trails leads back to Kamparri Trading Ltd, based out of Canada They run heaps of sites and they're scamming people everywhere. All judgments aside for a moment (yes it is stupid to sign up but it doesn't make what they're doing any more justified). What they are doing is unlawful and it's about time people like this get what's coming to them and it's about time all the poor suckers who were unlawfully scammed out of their hard earned money for a false product get freed of this nuisance. What can be done to stop online scams? This is the culprit -

If you're referring to your membership, you can do it manually by going to www.epoch.com I believe and enter your info to cancel or you can send them an email and request to cancel it... considering they know why you are cancelling it, it should not be a problem.

For the last time I don't work for anyone let alone xxxmatch.com. All I was doing was letting you all know that there are real regular people on the site. Period. I had a great time with the guys that I have met. Yes there are pop-ups. Yes, I see the same guys in the video chat section no matter when I log on so I know they are fake. Its the same 5 or 6 dudes in the same clothes since I joined three months ago. Also, lately a small window pops up on the bottom right of the screen and it's appears to be someone trying to chat but it doesn't look anything like the normal chat window so I assume it is fake as well. I have chatted with a few guys and the window that opens is large and displays connecting for a short while before a conversation begins. I only chat with guys that come up in searches who are labled "online". That is how I know they are real. They don't look like hot body pretty boys. They look like regular average joes. In other words they don't look too good to be true.

I have not been rude or nasty to any of you but that's all I am getting from most of you. I posted the jargon proving that the site is advertised as free in my area. Because the site free for people in my area I had no idea that people were getting ripped off. That's terrible. However, there are ways to work this site atleast where it's offered free. The reason I gave my username earier is because you will see that I am not some hot blond model chick. I am regular person. I was just trying to give tips on how to get the most from the site without paying anything. That is why I said to try signing up with Indiana as your home to prove that it is not going to ask for money. I did take anyone's money so there is no need to take your frustrations out on me. I do not work for them. Sitejabber is for people to give honest opinions. I respect everyone elses without insulting them you should respect mine. I was just trying to help. Some of the comments have been way out of line. I have nothing else to say about the site. I am still a member. I plan to continue to meet people. I tried pay dating sites like eharmony and match.com and I like the site because it is full of like minded people all looking for basically the same thing.
I hope everyone who was defrauded gets their money back. I hope my tips help those that are still member navigate through the bull$#*! and ads that are on the site.
P.S.
In the section where it gives you suggested matches has anyone tried connecting with those people? The guys that I met were suggested for me by the system...

Good luck.
