How does Yelp calculate categories like "the Ten Best/Top Concierge Doctors in Palo Alto".One such had only one review!

Don't try to figure Yelp out... read my review, trust me! Google your business name ‘reviews'?, then do this for you too 3 - 5 competitors and see what top 5 review sites Google has in common for your businesses, then send reviews to all the sites besides Yelp. Overtime Yelp will get washed to the 2nd page of Google and you don't have to deal with their crooked custom algorithms that will just hurt your business.
