Yes, they removed my 5 star reviews. It took me a lot of time and effort to get my reviews from my customers. One day I looked at my advertisement and saw that all of my reviews had been removed

I don't know this. But I had a great review from a client and when I asked why doesn't it show on my profile, they said they choose to hide it. This doesn't make any sense to me.

YELP also deletes over to not recommended reviews to clients who do not pay monthly fee.  I have also been told that even paying customers get their reviews taken off. I am an avid yelper and now I am leaving my reviews more so on Google as they do not do this crooked practice of taking down great reviews.  Just look at the yelper to see if they review many buss. Then obvious it is probably true and with pictures even more so.

Yelp removed all my negative reviews of several doctors when they started paying for the monthly service even after my reviews stayed up for several years as an Elite Yelper!

Yep. And the take down POSITIVE REVIEWS IF YOU DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH THEM!
