Answer:

Used to at least issue reward or response when contacting support. Now receiving neither. Also paying next to nothing in compensation for our opinions and our time. We should demand fair compensation for our opinions as they are incredibly valuable to companies.

Answer:

Not really. I've tried multiple sites and it's really not worth it. You'd almost definitely make more doing almost anything else. Our opinions are worth more. We should demand fair compensation for them.
