Yes, I get many spam messages from Lisa in the website and to my email. They always ask you to upgrade even more and to ask you money.
When you send a message to YouPic you will not get an answer. Most of the time it's an automatic generatic answer from the robot.
I wrote to them to ask the same question. Here was their response: "Its an activity fire we have." Not helpful at all!
Seems to be working fine for me.
