on 12/28/18A: A: Customer service team members are available Monday through Friday, 8am-3pm (pacific time). Each help desk ticket is responded to within 24-48 hours. In most cases, team members can respond in 3-4 hours from the time the ticket was received. We do not have team members assisting customers on Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform at this time. We also encourage customers to check their spam inbox due to e-mail flagging caused by some mail client filtering systems.
It's easy to get a hold of someone, but their customer service is a joke.
They are horrid.
I follow them on instagram and had to hop on to that as an irrate customer to get any attention as via email wasn't happening...
Turn around time for them to finish the issue was a month's time...
Ridiculous!
So far I have not been able to get ahold of them at all.
