Unable to see out of the glasses. Same prescription as the pair I am wearing. Very bummed

I had the same experience. Very disappointing. When I called about the problem they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to return them for a Zenni credit, less shipping costs. Waiting to see if the second pair is better...

Please give us an opportunity to identify the problem by calling us at 1-800-211-2105 or by emailing us at service@zennioptical.com. Please have your prescription with you when you call or send it as an attachment to your email. We can check you prescription to see if perhaps there was an error made when it was entered on our website. And if there was an error, no worries! We all make mistakes (even Zenni sometimes) and we'll find the right return option for you. And of course, if we discover that we made the error, we'll remake the glasses free of charge. But the first step is to review your prescription, so please call us or email us soon so we can help. Or, you may start by sending us your order number in a direct message on this review website and we will respond within 72 hours. We hope to hear from you soon.
