I have posted a rental on Zillow via postlets and when I look at it i'm missing first picture, and it comes up with a rental scam banner. Other properties in the neighborhood don't get the banner.

I used Postlets to rent our house but it did not go through Zillow. Our house was for sale at the same time. I had a hard time taking it down from the rental sites after we sold the house. We received calls for about 1 year after the house sold and even while we had it rented. I had to work at each site to find where it got posted. It was hard work to get it delisted as a rental.

It turns out that only Realtors are permitted to use Postlets to drive real estate search sites. The only public (not subscriber) site that allows one to claim a house and edit its information and pictures is Zillow. In your case, the fix is easy: "Claim" your property on Zillow and edit to your satisfaction.
