Zinger arm on the chair does not work. What can be done. I have tried calling and leaving my telephone number for a call back with no response.
Do u inflate the back tires with the same as auto equipment?

Yes you can push chair manually. The only thing is that I tend to kick the back of the chair where the battery is located. So you kind of have to lean forward as you push so that you won't keep kicking the chair.
