In the market and was wondering if ordering online would guarantee same quality as retail stores
Do they have a diamond trade up program?
I heard from a review that I would have to pay extra tariffs (taxes) to get my rings to the USA. Is that true?
I was told a diamond would take about three business days. I've been waiting three weeks. Every time I call I just get platitudes. Are you a serious company or are you a couple of hippy students pretending to be serious whilst just reselling the services of an overseas company?
HI, I'm looking for settings and loose diamonds. I sent an email yesterday and have had no reply. I've read reviews saying that your response time in replying is either very slow or non-existent. My email is midastiling@hotmail.com so lets see if you can reply in a timely manner and I'll put up a positive review. Please note - the negative reviews do put people off, you should address the non reply to emails issues.
