I have always taken a ton of supplements and when I came across Micro Factor I was so excited. It includes everything! It's a multi-vitamin, probiotic, antioxidant, etc all included in the same package. I don't have to keep a million bottles on my counter and try to remember what I need to take and when anymore. It's all here in one box portioned out in daily packets. So convenient!
L ordered cinamon spice pumpkin and apple crisp. Do NOT order these. There is mostly no flavor. L realize these bars are healthy for their protein but the saturated fat is much to high and the heart attack could kill you! L ate one bar, noticed the fat content and and dumped both boxes in the trash. L don't know the value of slow bake... l think these bars are half baked and should not be on the market as a health product.
